Her circuits sessions offer a varied level of challenge (from beginner upward) and she is always on hand to push you further or help you adapt an exercise to fit your level of fitness or need. Each session is well organised and varies each week so it's never boring! I love how carefully Hannah listens to want you want to achieve, and then plans and adapts her coaching accordingly, offering calm, confident guidance and coaching. I have so enjoyed the sessions and leave them feeling invigorated and motivated.

Where We Are Located

Dorset Fit is based in Ferndown. But we offer online personal training wherever you are.

Our group circuits take place in King George’s Recreation Ground, combining fitness with the great outdoors.

For personal training, choose your home or Hannah’s. Wherever you are, we make reaching your fitness goals accessible and straightforward.

We understand you might have some queries before you jump into a group exercise class. Here are some of the most common questions.

No, not at all! Our classes cater to various fitness levels. Just bring your enthusiasm, and we’ll handle the rest.

Every woman’s journey is unique. The beauty of group exercise is that you can go at your pace while being motivated by those around you. I’ll also be there to guide and support.

Our signature ‘Mumfit Tuesdays’ (for mums) runs weekly, with more sessions planned based on demand.

Absolutely! Exercising with a friend can be a great motivator. Ensure they drop me a note at too.
