I started my personal training with Hannah wanting to tone up my body, get fitter, stronger and improve my confidence with exercise. I can honestly say that Hannah has helped me to achieve all of these things. Since having 10 PT sessions with Hannah I have lost 1 inch of stubborn fat from around my tummy, toned up my thighs and dropped from a size 12 to a size 10 in clothing. More importantly Hannah has given me the confidence and desire to exercise. Hannah is supportive, encouraging and an excellent personal trainer. She listens to what you want to achieve and creates a bespoke plan to help you reach your goals. Each PT session has been different to keep things fun and she amended weights and exercises to fit my ability. Hannah has given me advice on food and has sent me each of our workouts so that I can repeat them in my own time. She has a great home gym set up and is super flexible on training days/ time and where the sessions are held. Hannah is completely non judgmental and made me feel comfortable from the very first meeting. I would 100% recommend her as a personal trainer.

Dorset Fit is based in Ferndown. But we offer online personal training wherever you are.

Our group circuits take place in King George’s Recreation Ground, combining fitness with the great outdoors.

Dorset Fit is designed solely with women in mind. We believe in the power of group exercise and a holistic approach to fitness.

Everyone’s fitness level is different. The advantage of group exercise is that you can move at your own pace. I’ll ensure that if you’re struggling we work on adaptive variants that suit your fitness level. If you need some personal classes, I offer personal training for women in Ferndown.

Our signature ‘Mumfit Tuesdays’ (for mums) runs weekly, with more sessions planned based on demand.
