Her circuits sessions offer a varied level of challenge (from beginner upward) and she is always on hand to push you further or help you adapt an exercise to fit your level of fitness or need. Each session is well organised and varies each week so it's never boring! I love how carefully Hannah listens to want you want to achieve, and then plans and adapts her coaching accordingly, offering calm, confident guidance and coaching.
